The BORFLEX® Group has been in existence since 1987. We specialise in the manufacture of technical components made from rubber, polyurethane and composite materials. The BORFLEX® Group specialises in small and medium-sized production runs. The expertise and know-how of the various BORFLEX® sites provide you with a comprehensive solution for each of your projects.

In addition to the products in our catalogue, our design offices can design and arrange for the manufacture of any bespoke product for you at one of our factories.

Indeed, BORFLEX® is a rubber solutions provider specialising in small and medium-sized production runs, with the unique distinction of being a manufacturer, processor and reseller of rubber compounds, enabling it to develop the highest-performance compounds that meet its customers’ standards and requirements.

Of all the existing processing methods, BORFLEX® specialises in the majority of them, such as moulding (compression, injection or transfer), extrusion (conventional, autoclave or batch, UHF, salt bath), assembly, roll filling, cutting (conventional, by hand and with a die cutter, water jet), casting and calendering.
